Rod and Lorri Stalsberg have worked with me on three home improvement projects over the past several years. The Stalsbergs have been and will continue to be my contractors of choice for a number of reasons.  They are perfectionists, for one thing.  My experience has been that they hire competent crews and regularly check on their work throughout the building process.  When they've completed each job, they've given it a rigourous inspection to make sure they'd caught even the minutest flaws in workmanship (including some not even visible to me), and made sure they were fixed.  Throughout each construction project, they have continually asked whether I had any questions about it. But what impresses me even more that the beautiful, tangible improvements they've made to my home is the integrity with which they operate.  They've made honest bids, made sure they answered all my questions about it, and stuck to its terms.  When they scheduled the work, the crews showed up at the appointed time (not a small point, since I know homeowners whose construction work by other contractors has stalled mid-project while their crews were diverted to other projects).  The construction has been completed on the promised timeline.
